We currently ship in the US only. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days from your order date. We ship every Wednesday. Please reach out directly for expedited shipping to calculate costs.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Every item is shipped with a tracking number. Joi Blooms is not responsible for any items that are lost, or stolen.
For damaged items a picture must be emailed to hello@joiblooms.com within 24 hours of the damaged item being received.
